JC Stoddard is bonded by Safeco Insurance Company of America and is insured through Insurance and Bonds Inc. JC Stoddard Construction Company carries a bonding capacity of twenty-five million dollars. ($25,000,000.00) This enables us to handle projects of substantial size and complexity.

JC Stoddard, continues to operate on it's own working capital, not borrowing any monies from a lending institution.

Experience, Resources and Accountability

Stoddard Construction's management has combined construction experience exceeding one hundred and 60 years. Stoddard Construction's field superintendents have been with us for an average of over 15 years. JC Stoddard, with its own craftsmen, continues to perform much of the work now commonly subcontracted by many other general contractors who often broker the work.
